This law prohibits foods containing artificial trans fat from being dispensed in vending machines located on city property, provided that the vending machine is not located in a facility that is subject to a city management agreement. It also prohibits vendors from storing, distributing, stocking, or selling any foods containing artificial trans fat in any vending machine located on city property.
