This law relates to communcal kitchen standards for multi-unit housing developments (specifically rooming houses). § 4-152.
A roomminghouse license shall be issued by the health officer in the name of the operator and for the specific dwelling or dwelling unit upon compliance by the operator with the applicable provisions of the law. §4-141.
The housing inspector shall give notice of the infraction to the operator and a reasonable time for correction, if the infraction is not corrected then the operator's roominghouse license will be suspended. § 4-144.
