This uncodified ordinance amended multiple sections of San Francisco's planning code to both define and regulate urban agriculture in the city, including allowing for urban agriculture activities in various zones, and allowing for both neighborhood and large scale agriculture. Neighborhood agriculture activities includes community gardens, market gardens, and kitchen gardens. Also allows for limited on-site sales or donation of fresh produce or horticultural products, and specifically exempts produce/products grown for personal use from regulation.
